The stretch they actually need

Most posts are too short. At 86cm, adult cats extend fully while they scratch, which is exactly what keeps them coming back to the post instead of the sofa.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it tall enough for a large cat?

Yes. At 86cm the post lets even large adult cats stretch to full length while scratching, which shorter posts cannot offer.

Will it wobble when my cat uses it?

The wide weighted base is designed for vigorous scratching and climbing, so the post stays firmly planted.

What is the scratching surface made of?

Dense natural sisal rope, the texture cats instinctively prefer. It shreds satisfyingly without falling apart quickly.

Is assembly difficult?

No, it assembles in a few minutes with the included fittings. Just bolt the post sections to the base and it is ready.

Will it stop my cat scratching furniture?

Giving cats a taller, better-textured alternative is the proven approach. Place it near the furniture they target and most cats switch quickly.
