Delivery times
- United Kingdom: most orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days of being placed. Items marked with faster delivery on the product page ship from our UK warehouse and arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
- Australia and Canada: orders arrive within 7 to 15 working days of being placed.
- United States: orders arrive within 10 to 20 working days of being placed.
Larger furniture pieces can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Canada. Items that ship from our UK warehouse are available for UK delivery only.
Import taxes and duties
Prices are shown in your local currency. United States: US prices include import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Australia and Canada: local import taxes or duties may apply depending on the order value. Any charges are set by your country's customs authority and collected by the delivery carrier.
