About Us
Pet furniture that earns its place in your home
Castle Catalogue is a British pet furniture brand built on a simple idea: the things your pet uses every day shouldn't be the ugliest things in the room. We curate modern cat furniture, hidden litter box enclosures, orthopedic dog beds, ramps, feeders and fountains - pieces chosen for solid materials, clean lines and neutral palettes that sit naturally alongside your own furniture. We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Canada.
What we look for
Every product in our catalogue is selected against the same checklist: real materials (wood, ceramic, stainless steel, quality upholstery), genuine comfort and safety for cats and dogs, and a design you'd be happy to leave in plain sight. If it looks like a plastic afterthought, it doesn't make the catalogue.
What happens after you order
- You get an order confirmation email straight away.
- When your parcel ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
- Delivery is free and tracked. Most UK orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days, and items from our UK warehouse within 2 to 5.
- If anything arrives damaged or isn't as described, send us a photo and we replace or refund it, your choice. Changed your mind? You have 30 days to send it back.
Delivery & care
Delivery is free and tracked wherever we ship. Most UK orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days, and items shipped from our UK warehouse within 2 to 5. Orders to the United States arrive within 10 to 20 working days, with prices shown in US dollars and import duties already included, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders to Australia and Canada arrive within 7 to 15 working days. You'll get email updates from dispatch to doorstep, and every order comes with our 30-day return policy. Questions? We're at support@castlecatalogue.com - we'd love to hear from you (and see photos of your pets on their new furniture).
